Yep, I have been there too! Having 2 kids within 2 years was hard on me, gaining weight.
I lost my weight by walking, drinking lots of water, low carbs and keeping busy. I started scrapbooking and doing things I love to do! So Im busy and dont sit inf ront of the t.v a lot and eat like used to!
Stay focused on what you want. It isnt that hard to obtain if you are determined. We al hate being over weight, so we need to take care of US!! Nobody else can do it, we need to ! I told my close friend I wanted to lose weight and get healthy, so they know what Im going through and support me. They dont buy me hot chocolates anymore! lol
best of luck, I know its hard but it will work.
