Thread: Making a blog entry

I am new (obviously) to this site, I don't seem to figure out how to make blog entries. Could someone please walk me through...I am lost!:

You won't be able to post a blog until after you've made 33 posts.

Oohhh ok I get it. I read "If you're allowed to post blogs..." in the FAQ but I was curious as to how you were allowed to.
