Due to a few queries pertaining to what is and what is not allowed to occur on this Forum, please find the following:


FAQ Site Rules:- Please read FAQ site rules when joining, you will locate it in the maroon section after Blogs.

Site Rules: - "Driving traffic away from our site by means of linking to external sites (even if related to Woman's health) results in banning."

This means that all outbound links are not allowed to be added into your post replies of any means..

Outbound links - can attract "spam advertisers" whilst your intent may be to assist a member, it is against the rules for that reason.

It's important to keep to the topic at hand, if you have a query about the site, please send a private message or visitor's page message to the Administrator Little or a Moderator.

If you have not posted 33 posts, you may not be able to access Private Messaging and if not, a simple visitors message with your query can be answered and deleted if you wish thereafter. Or feel free to direct it to the Feedback section..or if it's more personal, perhaps reported post, your post followed by your query and we will be happy to answer you privately.
