Hello WH! I would like to know if and when we will ever or you will ever organize a M.A.G also who is interested in one? Is it only me? I would like to meet some of the wonderful people I have grown so fond of

Its a Meet and Greet which is when the members of a board plan a get together to meet each other face to face and have a blast! Normally its at a bar or restaurant (some place free) Some times if a lot of people respond rooms are reserved to get a better price. I basically wanted to see if anyone else was interested and if we could begin planning one for next year some time

I think the nature of conversation on this board somewhat discourages most people from an idea like this. Though the advent of profile pages and private photo albums makes this a friendlier place, there is still great comfort in anonymity.
I would suggest, if you want to plan something like this, to have the interested parties PM you. I think the PM system can handle something like 10 users at at time, maybe more ... I haven't tried. And I say that because I, with even my "work email" to the left, get a lot of weird emails and attention from people who don't have the genitalia to sign up and harass us on a public forum. You definitely don't want them showing up at a Meet and Greet.
But personally I would be interested - except that I live in the middle of nowhere, and it's hard to get time off work. But if/when it happens, please send pictures

I would be interested with an "invite" group. But have constraints of budget, kids, and working two jobs. The new one is very time demanding. But let's see what is possible?

I like the invite idea and I would want to plan it far enough ahead where those invited would be able to plan it well enough to be affordable and convient for all involved

I think thats kind of why I wanted to start this thread to have a better idea of who all would want to participate so I knew who to invite etc and also to get some ideas and assistance from the Moderators
