i am pretty sure in the sign up procedure there is a caution about using real names, or usernames that are used on other sites. i have seen a few people ask about changing their username, and until today didnt really understand why using the same name on different sites might be a problem.

I am not asking to have my username changed, because it wouldnt fit your criteria, bt i am inquiring if maybe there is some wording or additional caution that might be able to be put in the sign up process and faqs to strongly encourage people to not use the same username as they use elsewhere.

I know I am basically lazy and would prefer to have one name everywhere, but i never befoer thought it might be an issue.

not a complaint, just a suggestion to try and help anyone that may sign on in the future.
