Are rep comments visible or do posters need to reach a particular post count to see them?

No rep comments are not visible to anybody but the mods and the user that receives them.

As a user, how do i view my rep comments?
If you click on 'Settings' towards the top right, the next page that opens shows a 'Latest Reputation Received' box. In that box will show you the thread that you are receiving the rep on and any associated comments that the other person chose to leave. You will not, however, see who left the rep, I don't believe anyways.

I am curious about rep stuff as well. I can see the 'latest rep comments' however it does not show all of the threads that you received rep points on. Is there a way to know of all the posts you got rep on or just the ones that people commented on?
There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy.
I've looked at the Settings page, and i haven't seen a "last rep received" icon. Could it be the post count? Would i need to have 100+ posts to view them?
IAS - Not sure, but we can look into it. I know on mine, it shows all of them, regardless if they commented or not.
Cocoa - You may not have the box yet, as you have yet to receive any reps. It will probably appear when you get your first one.

Everyone gets that green dot automatically. You have to have so many positive rep points before that green dot multiplies, likewise, so many negative rep points will get it taken away, but more than likely a person would be banned before that green dot is removed.
If I can find the point totals for additional dots again, I'll post them for everybody's benefit.

When you join you started out with 10 reps. The amount of reps a user gives out is based on a formula. It takes into account the number of days you have been a member, number of posts and number or reps.
