        Acne is a pain. Some people have found that the contraceptive pill reduces spots. Your doctor can also prescribe a cream and pills to treat your acne. Do be gentle with your skin, though and use an oil-free moisturizer. Certainly don't strip your skin or use harsh chemicals. This will just damage your skin and make it sore.

            I had the same problem and my doc prescribed me a treatment based on creams and isoface. It helped me but you have to ask your doc if it is a good option for you

              There is a light emitting mask sold by Neutrogena. It uses light to clear the skin. It costs around 20-30 pounds. You secure it to your face and leave it on for 10 to 20 minutes [I think] and over time the skin clears. It means no pills or creams or fancy facial products. I'd Google it.
