    Ladies, do you use any healthcare apps? Share, please

  • Do you mean health care recommendations and such, or fitness and weight loss focused apps? I have used various apps, but MyFitnessPal is the only one that comes to mind that I've used over any substantial time.

        • I don't use healthcare apps, but am thinking about using the online doctor service to order my medication. But, anyhow, healthcare apps are a very good idea and I will consider using one. In fact, I need to update my app use. There are so many apps and services now, there is no excuse not to use them. But I will catch up!

            • Clue is a great app to track your periods as well as your mood during your cycle.


              • I use an app called "P Planner" to track my menstrual cycle. The icon is pink with a white flower in the center. I like it because it's the most minimalist-like period app I've come across and it's easy to use.


                • I like the MindBody app for finding and booking exercise classes () and Insight Timer for meditation (). They are both free.

                  • MyFitnessPal for food and I use the notepad on my phone for my workout logs/notes/routines I like, etc...


                    • This isn't a Healthcare app as such, but I keep my food diary on a Mircrosoft excel spreadsheet and record my weight daily on said spreadsheet. I have been keeping my food diary for over 3 years now. Keeping track of my diet works wonders and keeps my weight down. I know EXACTLY everything I eat on a daily basis.


                      • I don't use any healthcare apps, but i used a fitness tracker which helps me in keep track on my daily activities like how much i walk, how much calories i burn and many more.


                        • That sounds like a really good idea, Anya Joe. Keeping track of the calories you're burning must work. To me, I wouldn't use such a device myself, but it is valid and I am sure loads of people would use one. Maybe that should be a recommendation?
