  • Crazy hormones or just me?

Hi, I recently was pregnant, I lost the baby at full term, but I've worked through that, I was put on the depo provera shot, which I hated, so I'm off it. But my question is, are my hormones just going crazy, cause lately when it comes to just before my periods, or even the rest of the time, I have noticed that I get angry a lot quicker and for such stupid things, I also cry a lot more, which I never used to do. So is it my hormones, or is it just me that has changed?

I'm not unhappy all the time and I sleep well generally, so its not depression. Just confused. Is this normal?

  • From my own experience, when hormones are affected, the fluctuations tend to stick with you for at least a year or so. And, you may never go back to how you were, your "normal". It sounds like you have gone through a lot, and it will take time to heal. Have patience with yourself. Do you have any support, family, friends?
    just breathe . . .
