  • The best way to make teeth whiter.

I brush my teeth twice a day but it doesn't seem much brighter. So what can i do extra to make my teeth more brighter. Is there any other natural technique then please recommend me. You are welcomed for any suggestion.

  • We've tried this a few times, but theres a site that explains how to do it so its not messy. Just search whiten-teeth-with-activated-charcoal-without-a-mess.

    • Brush your teeths with lemon water. Use sensodine toothpaste. This is a good source to whiten the teeths.

      • You can use baking soda and salt. This is good for your teeth. If you are interested in taking a healthy drink, then go ahead.....!!!!!

        • You can buy toothpaste that whitens the teeth. But to get them gleaming snowy white like movie stars have, you'd have to go to the dentist and have them bleached, which costs thousands.

          • I use whitening toothpaste twice a day. Arm & Hammer is a good toothpaste. You can also buy stain removing powder for your teeth: just check out Lloyds Chemist online. But if you want much whiter teeth, you will have to have your teeth bleached by your dentist. And - yes - it will cost thousands of pounds. But you can still work to prevent further staining. If you've got the money, it's worth the investment of having your teeth professionally bleached.

            • If you want 'superstar white' teeth, you will probably need to go to a specialist. If you just want them somewhat lighter and you either smoke, drink coffee or tea, give it up and they will become lighter.

              • I have heard a lot about Closeup Diamond Attraction.. I haven't try it
But I prefer using natural remedies like strawberries, baking powder, banana...

                • You can also buy Crest whitening strips. Your dentist can also mould plastic trays with your teeth and you have to be apply tooth whitening gel for an hour or so once a day. It it stronger than whitening toothpaste and only costs a few hundred pounds. There are a fair few options for whitening the teeth.
