I used to scrap my lower lip with my upper teeth. Now my lower lips have divits in them. Grooves if you want to call them that. I stopped scrapping them near the end of October but they still havn't healed themselves. It has become a problem with my boyfriend becuase now that i'm not scrapping them they peel all the time in those grooves and at the end of the grooves the jump out a little. It doesn't make an enjoyable kiss.

I was wondering if they would ever heal themselves on there own or if theres something that can make them heal faster becuase i really dislike this problem. Its been 4 months and there still pretty bad.

  • I also got those in my lips especially when it's cold...Sometimes my lip got crocked and it even bleeds....It really hurt so much.

But what I do is that, I put on a lip cream or a lip balm to keep my lips smooth...because the more you leak your lips, the more it became dry.

    • you have to be careful not to use too much moisturizer on ur lips cuz strangely they will become even drier.

I would try burts bees lip balm...it smells great and is a bit tingly

        • I am severly addicted to chap stick... Lobello to be honest. My husband is a medic at the hospital and he is always telling me it is really bad to apply chap stick to your lips frequently as your lips lose the ability to produce the oils they need to stay moist. Just thought I'd share this information even though i dont listen myself lol i am a total addict of chap stick.
