    How to protect your skin in this hard summer season?
    It is becoming very hot day-by-day and protecting the skin is necessary. Many people want to take care of their skin always and in every season. The hard sun ray can affect the skin very badly .So, it measures should be taken before the sun can cause any damage.

      i am from India and temperature here is between 40 to 50 degree Celsius during afternoon.

        Use lotions with sunscreen in them. When going out, wear a hat since your face is the area that gets the most sun.

              Using a sunscreen is always a good idea. But you can also use the product I have - it reduces the wrinkles and rejuvenates the skin (you can check the product here - EDIT)

                You should take some time to care of your skin during summer. Sun rays can damage our skin. When you are exposed to the sun you need to make extra effort to take care of your skin. Bring facial wipes and wipe your face whenever you feel its dry or dirty.

                  Maybe all the lotions are sometime hard to get in India, so just cover or face and body with long clothes and hat.

                    1. Stay Hydrated
                    2. Sun protection
                    3. Use a toner
                    4. Go for water-based moisturiser
                    5. Cleanse your face twice a day
                    6. Cool you skin - Blending half a cucumber and 1 tbsp of yoghurt in the mixer can make another simple and effective homemade face pack. Apply this to your face for 15 minutes and feel completely pampered.

                      It is quite essential to take care of your skin. I share some tips for summer skin tips to get clear skin:

                      - Harmful UV rays damage our skin. So, don't forget to wear good sunscreen prior to 30 minutes when you step out in the sun.
                      - Keep your body hydrated. Dehydration not only makes our skin dull and dry but also cause other health problems. So drink at least 10 glasses of water in a day.
                      - Maintain health diet. Include more fruits and green vegetables in your diet.
                      - Don't take stress and sleep well. 8 hours sleep is mandatory for everyone.

                        Use sunscreen every day, you must protect your skin from damages cause by the sun. Also hydrate yourself by drinking lots of fluids including tea, water, natural fruit juices. If you are sick of drinking water alone you can make some flavored water or smoothies. It can help to become hydrated. Also use a lip balm to avoid chaffed and dried lip.
