  • Message During Pregnancy

Hi everyone, I am expecting my first baby I want to know is it safe to do massage in pregnancy? I am living alone and have no one to ask. I have read many articles that are saying that it's safe to do massage, even some people recommended it. but I am not sure is it ok to do it through out the pregnancy? or how many times or how often is good? how helpful it is in easing the pain of delivery? Don't be annoyed by so many questions, as it's my first and very precious pregnancy and I don't want to take any risks.

  • From what I read in webMD, I would consult a doctor if I were you and then seek out a pregnancy massage trained masseuse if approved.
I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.

Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?
