    in my opinion, you have to think about running. Runnin - one of the best ways to burn fat from your body. But don't forget about nutrtion.

      I personally have the same problem. I'm particular heavy in the abdomen area (very annoying). But I have have lost plenty of weight in general which has helped trim my belly too. What helped me was joining a Muay Thai gym. The workout is very intense and has a lot of cardio involved. I also noticed that my arms and legs look more toned. You might want to give it a try :-)

        Exercise is very important for your health and body. In same way, healthy food and nutrition is also have importance in a healthy diet.

          But you do not want to exercise only one way to target a specific. It's ineffective. You want to work out everything. Remove dairy from your diet completely, try to minimize sugar intake (its a killer), and really cut down on red meat

            You have to make up a proper plan with your trainer and do a lot of cardio exercise with balanced diet schedule. If you do it properly for couple of month then you can easily lose your weight. That's what I have done in last three months and lost around 4-5 kg per month.

              Fat is the common problem now a days Most of the people suffering from fat problem so firstly you wake up early in the morning and do regular exercise This is very helpful to reduce your body fat and you can take green tea early morning.

                To lose stomach fat, engage in cardio exercises as they are best to burn stomach and body fat. Eat vegetables and fruits more in your daily meals and drink more water than routine. Avoid eating late and manage stress.

                  Hey. I know that this is the problem of many girls. They are very concerned about extra grams of fat. I asked my coach advice for you. Here is his answer.
                  Establish yourself to lose excess belly fat by setting realistic goals. You can not lose fat solely from your stomach - it will come from all over your body, including your midsection, or shed 20 pounds in just a week. However, you can lose 1 to 2 pounds of fat to begin to lose weight on your midsection, using sustainable methods that will increase weight loss for longer periods of time.
                  Your first step? Find out the appropriate goal of calorie intake. You will want to eat a little less calories than every day to start burning body fat - from 500 to 1,000 calories less. This small calorie deficit allows you to burn fat, but usually it does not cause a "fasting regime", which in time will lead to muscle loss.
                  Use the energy needs calculator for adults to assess your calorie intake needs; then subtract 500-1000 calories for weight loss. For example, a 28-year-old woman 5 feet tall, 9 inches weighs 175 pounds and is slightly active - less than an hour a day - burning about 2,400 calories a day. She will burn about 2 pounds of fat per week if she eats 1,400 calories a day, or 1 pound a week if she eats 1900 calories a day.
                  Filling your diet with low energy density foods - those that have a low calorie per gram - allow you to fill large portions by controlling calorie intake. Many of these products also supply water and fiber, which can make you feel full to help with weight loss.
                  Load low-energy foods such as vegetables, fruits and fat-free broths. A few small settings can reduce the energy density of your favorite dishes. For example, replace half a cup of spaghetti and half a cup of spiraled zucchini zoodles for a full cup of spaghetti. Or make chicken, vegetable and brown rice soup instead of grilling chicken with brown rice and vegetables; the broth is often very low or virtually free of calories, reducing the energy density of your food, so you can fill fewer calories.
                  Boost your overall health and shed excess belly fat by adding exercise to your weekly routine. Any exercise that you do - whether it's a structured workout in the gym or an informal brisk walk around the neighborhood - uses calories, so you burn more fat.
                  Your best choice for a belly blast is a slow, steady weight loss - not instant results for a week. Stay away from diets, promising double-digit weight loss in just a week or diets that cut out whole groups of foods or you need to eat only a couple of foods. Usually these are fancy diets that are not sustainable, so you will probably regain your lost weight, and such diet plans may even interfere with your ability to lose fat in the long term. Instead, a pair of a balanced diet with exercises for a slower weight loss.

                    There is only one way to lose 20 pounds of fat in a week that I know of, it is surgery, such as liposuction. To lose almost three pounds of fat a day requires a calorie deficit of around 10,000 calories. For most people that would be very intense all day workouts without eating. Looking at programs like Naked And Afraid, you see weight losses in the 20 to 30 pound range after three weeks without food or with just a little bit of food. Some of the weight loss is probably also water loss and there is often sustained physical activity.

                      I have a great idea for your stomach problem which is Yoga, Yes this is what that can not harm your body at all in spite of benefits. please try to read here for yoga what to do..
