    Women over 40 can do these exercise effectively which will help you to fit:
    1. Do SQUATS regularly
    2. Do Plank to prevent back pain
    3. Do dumbbell push press regularly to protect yourself from arthritis.
    4. Do glute bridge, it'll rest your glutes.
