    How to maintain a good health

    There is a proverb that “Health is wealth.” Good health is one of the most important key factors to shine in life. If you haven’t well health, it will be so tough for you to work hard. And you know that without hard working, you can’t prosper in life. Therefore, good health is the most valuable thing in our life. But it is so tough to maintain a good health nowadays. So here I tried to discuss how to maintain a good health.
    Everyone knows eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly and having taken enough rest is the key to maintain a sound health. However, it’s almost impossible when you are in the company of friends or overwhelmed, frequently, the appeal of sweets, fast food, and caffeine or alcohol to leave them. Here are some tips to maintain a sound health:
    Eat a number of nutrient foods: Your body actually needs more than 40 different nutritious foods to maintain a sound health, and there is not one single source for them. Your daily food selection should include a balance of protein, fruits, vegetable and products of dairy.
    Do not skip meals: Don’t try to skip your meal. Try to take meals regularly and timely. Skipping meals can bring to out of control of hunger. Snacking between regular meals helps you to control your hunger. Just try to ensure that you have two balanced meals timely in a day.
    Try to enough drinking: Try to keep away yourselves from cokes and other sugary sodas, which can pile as much as 17 teaspoons of sugar per 200z drink! Sugar is one of the sources of empty calories that can use up important vitamins and minerals in your body. Water not only helps you to hydrate yourselves but also to aid in blood circulation, to remove the toxins from our bodies and to maintain our body temperatures.
    Avoid too much alcohol or caffeine: Taking too much alcohol or caffeine is not good for your health. Alcohol or caffeine is slowly addictive drugs that can affect your ability to sleep and also affecting body function such as muscle function and the cleansing function of the waste product.
    Try to be active: Try to do regular exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Try to use stairs instead of the elevator. Morning walk is the best exercise which is too much effective to maintain a sound health. If you do morning walk regularly, it will help you to keep your mind refresh and active. It helps you to lead a very healthy and happy life.
    Try to take enough relax: If you work a hard whole day, you will be tired and sick. So try to take enough rest while doing your work. Try to do enough sleep. Sleep is not waste of your time, it is important and necessary to maintain a sound health. If you have not taken enough sleep, you cannot maintain a sound health. So try to take enough rest while you are working.
