Drinking water before meals

  • Drinking at least 2 liters of water per a day is good for health...For weight loss, i would recommend some best loose leaf teas like green tea, oolong tea etc.

      My personal opinion drink water at least 30 minutes before eating. Otherwise the food is not going to digest well.

      Remember!!! You better eat 5-6 time per day small portions instead of trying to figure it out whether it is good or bad to drink water because you fill less hungry.
