  • Popcorn, that's good that it helps you control intake, but it doesn't mean your body "needs" the sugar.

    I crave sugary sweets and chocolate all day every day just about, but they're not healthy, so I don't regularly eat them.

    Craving something isn't necessarily indicating that our body has a need for it. At times it can be true but certainly not always. Sugar especially, as eating it can produce a chemical release akin to a "high". That's why we crave sugars...not because we need them.
