    Hello everyone,
    I am a dietitian who is considering starting a blog that focuses primarily on nutrition (but may cover other related health topics as well). I have some general ideas in mind for topics that I will likely be writing about, but wanted to see what other hot topics in nutrition people were wanting to know more about. If you would like to contribute an idea for a topic, please post below. The more specific you be, the better (Ex: Weight loss and green tea). All contributions are appreciated. If I choose to write on a topic, I will respond with a link to the blog post!

  • Let's think:

    How many calories a day does a woman need?
    How many calories a day does a man need?
    How are calories counted?
    Is the liquid diet dangerous or useful?
    How often can you indulge in desserts?
    Is home cooking better than takeaways?
    Can some takeaways be healthy?
    What are the easiest foods to prepare at home?
    What fats are good for you and what fats are bad for you?
    How do you know which foods contain which fats?
    How is BMI measured?
    Is the BMI a relevant measure of body weight?
    What are the different body types?
    What pressures can young people face and how do you help them?
    Is seeing a dietician worth the time?
    How much weight can you lose in which time?
    Are magazine diets valid?
