  • Beauty recipies

hi dear ladies, any beauty recipies to share?
i've trained myself to eat at least 1 type of fruit for each day,
i realize my skin texture getting lighted, less wrinkles, no dullness.
i believe 1 of the reason was bcos digestive improving, had detox effext.
lately one of my fren intro me to eat "Cin Cao"Jelly...is good for digestion as well. (kind of traditional herbal)

  • Nothing at all wrong with herbal, tea bags on eyes, eating fruit daily, it's all natural and has to be good for us...

    Water intake as well.

Any other tips would be very welcome to this site...

    Thanks for your thread.
