  • garlic clove beef roast/garlic beef steaks

1 big roast the more fat on it the more tender
2 whole garlic cloves sliced thin
pan fry to brown then cool use a sharp knife to cut slits in the beef all over in each whole put the garlic in all around it puttin them as far as ur finger will push them in to it
get a bakein pan use some water in the bottom and add a little butter 4 taste the meat tenderizer and pepper as well as any other seasonings u like cover
and put in the oven on 300 4 two and a half to 3 hours make sure ur pan in half full with water and covered then when it is done the meat is so good all u will need is a fork
the left overs is great if the roast is still a whole let it get cold in the frige then slice in steaks and heat on the grill

  • Will try this sometime. Thanks, CCG!
