    I make one similar to that as well.

    Depending on my mood...I also really like a new balsamic vinegar dressing I found, with honey and oregano in it. I forget the whole recipe just now, but I've used it several times too, for salads, brussels sprouts and other things.

    Mine is very much like yours, I just don't make a separate dressing. I just pour on the olive oil, squeeze the lemon (being sure to scrape in a little pulp and peel), and put the spice directly onto every salad. I like rosemary, oregano, and garlic.

    I actually don't eat very many proper salads anymore, though. When I do make them, they're a meal unto themselves.
