    Grass fed whey protein smoothie recipe


    My friend recommended this smoothie to me recently because I am SUCH a peanut butter lover. I wanted something chuck full of protein and so I decided to add my favorite protein powder to the mix. It is absolutely delicious and perfect after a work out!

    Ingredients:
    • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
    • 1/2 cup strawberries or raspberries (your choice!)
    • 1 scoop Vanilla Grass Fed Whey Protein Powder
    • 1 cup Organic Skim Milk or Unsweetened Almond Milk
    • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
    • 1/2 cup ice

    Directions:
    • Combine the berries, milk and peanut butter in a blender and blend on high speed for 30 seconds.
    • Add the Grass Fed Whey Protein and ice- blend again until smooth.
    • Enjoy!
