    I see this video, and it really fun and work. Try and see.

    5. Eat more spicy foods.
    4. Burn more calories while riding a bus.
    3. Take pictures of yourself.
    2. Enjoy eating with a friend.
    1. Hide your TV?s remote control.

      Write a diary about how do you feel after different kind of food.
      One minute every morning looking in your eyes. Confidently.
      Offer your friends, that tomorrow you can look after ther child (you will have some jogging) .

        Eat healthy food
        Exercise at least 3 days a week
        Only have dessert at the weekend
        Avoid takeaways and beer
        Don't watch TV all day
        Live an active life

          Eat slowly to give body time to register/then stop when full.
          Stick to portion sizes and avoid second helpings.
          Try to eat only at table and do nothing else.....no tv, phone, computer.
          Enjoy your food, the taste, the smell, the texture....so you know you've eaten and feel satisfied.
          Get in the fiber.
