    The initial day: is the most critical day in your GM diet program program. You are just stepping in to the world of knowing tips on how to reduce your body weight understanding that too in 7 nights time. The GM diet program says that the first day with the diet must be a whole fruit diet day. You have the option of eating all the fruits that you will and also take in whatever fruit you require. But, it is important for you to ensure that you avoid bananas from the fruit list on evening one

    Day 2:

    If day one was per day that gave you the ability to binge on your chosen fruits, then day two provides you enable you to eat only vegetables each day. You can take in the vegetables you require both in the natural state and in grilled state. But, it is important for you to ensure that you do not use any sort of oil while cooking greens.

    Day 3:

    The third dray of one's GM weight lose plan will allow you to take both vegetables and fruits for the entire day. Make sure that you do not touch potatoes in the particular veggie section and also make certain you do not consume bananas from your fruit section.

    The 3500 calories per pound of fat rule still applies to short term diets. This translates to about 7700 calories per kilogram. Most of the loss of 10 kilograms in 7 days would be water loss. Excessive water loss could lead to an electrolyte imbalance.

      Diet to lose 10kg in a week

      1. No sugar or sweetened thing, no sugar containing items like biscuits, coke, cola, drinks, juices (with sugar), etc. This also includes bottled water and packaged milk and yogurt, ice-cream and other products that contain sugar

      2. No refined and artificial things, no white bread, no white chicken (broiler), etc.

      3. Have plenty of water (or other fluids) throughout the day, up to 2 to 3 liters

      4.Make one liter of lemon juice (without sugar) and have it (count it among the 3-liter fluid that we’re going to take)

      5.Take boiled or uncooked (but properly washed) vegetables mainly in meals, mix them up or just use the ones you like (or even dislike) like cucumber, carrots, cabbage, etc. Add salt and pepper for taste!

      6. No rice or white bread at all, bran bread in very limited quantity can be consumed, very little

      7. No potatoes

      8. No meat, fish (in limited quantity) boiled or steamed is fine

      9. Egg white only (boiled, and not white eggs, have the natural ones) can be consumed

      10. Take multivitamin and calcium supplements (but with plenty of water or they can damage kidneys)

      Exercises to lose 10kg in a week

      1. Remember to do at least these 4 things:

      i) Jogging or running
      ii) Push-ups
      iii)Pull-ups
      iv) Sit-ups

      2.Brisk walk is for aged women, young women, and men of all age “run”

      3. Pushups, pull-ups, and situps are a must, for women too, although they can do it in limited quantity.

      4. Exercise 2 to 3 times in a day, almost an hour or two hours in each session.

      5. Run for almost 15km per day

      6. Swimming is good, but only if you swim 4 to 5 km a day

        Let me take it further. Losing 10kg of actual body mass (as opposed to water) in a week will require burning 12000 calories a day while taking in only 1000 calories a day.
