  • How i lose 21kg in 2 weeks

    Hello girls! I would like to share with you my weight loss method, through which I dropped 21 kg in 2 weeks! I've tried various diets and exercises for a long time, but nothing helped! But then my friend, a nutritionist, made for me an Excel table, in which it is enough to enter a few of my physiological data, after which she will calculate the permissible intake of kcal per day to effectively lose weight!     • EmyRose, unless your almost dead to lose 21kg in 2 weeks is entirely impossible - that's over 46 pounds and in any environment would be too much too soon, and it would place you in grave circumstances. Please be more accurate. It is recommended that as an average a weight loss of 2 lbs per week is what is recommended.
      That which we forget may as well never really happened.

      • 21kg in two weeks is one and a half kg per day. That represents a loss of over 11,000 calories a day in diet reduction. Even eating nothing for two weeks will not work. The only answer I can come up with is surgical removal of flesh.
