      I love yoga! And not just for weight loss. I can understand very well as to why it is so popular. I would advise any one to definitely do a yoga class. It keeps you fit & supple. A great thread!

        I didn`t know about it. For me, yoga is rather a way to calm down and to hear my inner voice. And to improve plasticity, as a bonus.

This will help us burn belly fat and boost metabolism.When you hold your yoga pose for a longer period of time, you burn more body fat than regular stretching exercises.
