  • Nightmares

I have nightmares. Every. Single. Night. They - obviously - are HORRIBLE. Name any horror film and you'll get the gist.

Nothing can stop nightmares, but I have had them for years and years. Do you guys ever have nightmares? Because I hope no-one does. At least, not like these. Plus, they make me incredibly stressed out. I have to get up in the night, then go back to sleep.

What are these dreams trying to tell me?
