  • How Can I Overcome Feelings Of Loneliness After My Divorce?

Loneliness after a divorce can leave you feeling hopeless and wondering if you will ever be happy again. I'm here to tell you, you can and you will.

I wrote this article to share my own and others' experiences with divorce loneliness as well as some expert advice on how you CAN get through this.

    You can read it here:

    https://www.womens-health.com/loneliness-after-divorce

If you're going through separation or divorce loneliness or have already claimed victory over your battle with it, I'd love to hear your story so that we can connect meaningfully with others who may be in a similar situation.
Editor’s Note: This forum post is part of our ongoing series The Roots Of Loneliness Project: Unearthing Why We Feel Alone, the first-of-its-kind directory that comprehensively explores the phenomenon of loneliness and 80+ types that we might experience over the course of our lives.

  • It's been 8 years since my divorce was final. It took a few years to really overcome the feelings associated with the marriage and divorce. It is a difficult time. I hope others will see this, read and share their difficulties so that we may discuss and help.
