  • How'd you beat it the first time?
    "Those sowing seed with tears
Will reap with a joyful shout." - Psalm 126

    • Deep breathe, exactly also what Stillness said, you did It once.

      Welcome to WH.

We are here to listen .

      • Take some time to feel horrible and cry and whatever you need to feel, because it IS horrible that it's returned. Then get positive, turn your mind to the process of healing, and get your fighting gloves on my dear. You did it once, you can do it again. 10 yrs is a long time in medical time. There may be new protocol for your type of cancer.

        • I hate cancer. But, it can be beaten. You've beaten it down once before and you can do it again. Get your family involved in your treatment and recovery. Ask for help when you need it. Now is a good time to pick up something to do that really interests you and will get your mind off of your treatment and recovery, if only for short periods of time. Visualize your cancer, where it is, what it's doing. Then talk to it. Tell it you will not allow it to take over your body or your life. Picture it being beaten up and zapped into submission. You are stronger than it is and with the help of the cancer treatments and your family you will beat it once again.
That which we forget may as well never really happened.

          • If you're ahead of the curve here and detected it fairly early, which I assume you are based on past experience and how you've stated it, I bet your prognosis is actually pretty good. My mom had breast cancer when she was 35, beat it, then got it again when she was 75. And beat it. Talk about unfair, but she's been healthy and cancer-free since. I think you will be too.

              • If you have a cancer concern with a cancer specialist or if you do not want to go any surgical procedure, then contact with an Interventional radiologist, who recover your problem with minimal non invasive procedure.
