  • Do you know where your ovaries are?

Hello ladies, I am writing because I am currently scared to death. I have had endometriosis for 10 years and recently found out I have a complex cyst on my right ovary. They tell me it is the size of a baseball and now I have the pleasure of waiting 20 more days to find out what they plan on doing about this little surprise! Being that it is dark in color they believe that it is hemorragitic. I have done some research on my new "tenent" and have found a lot of contradicting information. Not only have I had 5 surgeries for the endometriosis I have who I thought was the best doctor in Boston helping me through this. It also turns out that this is now my second internal ultrasound in 6 months in which they are unable to locate my left ovary... not totally reassuring. Anyway if anyone has any tips or hints on how to live with this pain and anxiety please give me some ideas. I'm fresh out.
