  • Cubital tunnel syndrome

    Hi all,

I was recently diagnosed with cubital tunnel syndrome. I'm only 21, and don't sleep on my elbows, rest on them often, or do anything repetitive. My right elbow is the only one that hurts and tingles, but the shock test showed issues in both elbows. Has anyone else had this issue?
Right now I'm scheduled for a nerve transposition surgery. I have never had surgery in my life. I've never even broken or sprained anything. Does anyone have any suggestions for the days leading up to surgery? I'm not thrilled about it, but it's the only option left before I start developing muscle atrophy.
