  • How many of you "just don't feel like yourself?"

Do you relate to the statement: "I just don't feel like myself." I can't tell you how many women I hear say this--or relate to it. What do you think is up with women today? It seems like a silent epidemic. I have my theories based on what I know about hormones and brain chemistry--but I want to know what other women think.

  • I understand what your saying and agree. It could be because of many things going on with personal and society. I beleive stress is a big one. Many woman strive to loose weight, stay active, continue being already beautiful and establish themselves is this world. Not to mention work and of course men. Its alot to think about and and i believe along the way we sometimes get a little to caught up with everything, especially being woman, we throw our heart and sole into eveything. It would be nice to take a step back and relax, try to find ourseleves again. But in a world of go go go... Where is stop? hope it makes sense

    • In my opinion, women generally are more in tune with their bodies, and emotions and psychological being. I think also, it just could be a "primal" ability that allows us to sense or feel things.
That which we forget may as well never really happened.
