I do not have the courage to go to the doctor Please help me !

I am female and I am 20
And I am very, very shy person

Anyhow
Recently I started to feel pain in my b****tt
I know you're going to say this is stupid But I am afraid to go to the doctor
i do not feel comfortable letting people touch me
i don't like the awkward questions,and the tools they use and even the doctors themselves!
and I do not feel comfortable going to the doctor Because I know she will ask me to take off my clothes and examine me , and I know if she asked me this i Will run like hell

I have close friends but I do not want anyone to go with me
Because I do not want them to know
And I feel a little embarrassed

so How can I feel comfortable going to the doctor
And let her examine me ?
and can she treated me without touching my b****tt ?
