  • Stomach issues

I've always had stomach issues since I was younger. Anytime I was anxious or stressed, it went straight to my stomach with pain and diarrhea. Now, I'm in my early twenties and it's worse than ever. About a year and a half ago I began experiencing unbearable pain in my upper abdomen. It hurt to breathe and I would have to run to the bathroom and have terrible diarrhea. The dr I have been going to really doesn't think I have a problem other than IBS. My mom and dad have ibs and neither of them go through what I do. It's not. Gluten or dairy allergy, I tried eliminating those foods and still had flare ups. I can go for up to a week and a half and be fine and then out of no where I am hurting for up to three days and not being able to stay off the toilet. The pain starts in my upper abdomen and then moves lower to where my stomach just cramps so bad I can't move. No certain good group seems to set it off, it just happens on and off. I can't deal with this pain anymore! Thoughts? Please help!!!

  • Also, I was told I had a spastic gallbladder by one dr. Then, another dr looked at my charts and said that wasn't so. Just more info.

    • To be honest I think the best place for you would be A&E! They can give you some painkillers to help, and being in a hospital may get you the answers you need. It may be a very severe case of IBS however I would get several opinions just to be on the safe side, you shouldn't have to put your life on hold because of this

I hope it gets sorted soon xx

I meant your younger sister's daughter.
