  • How to remove kidney Disorders?

    • Daily drink 10-12 glasses of water
    • Take control over your Diabetes (if you have)
    • Control your Blood Pressure (if you have)
    • Take proper and relevant medicines at time
    • Get a Basic kidney test once a year
    • Consult to doctor for Kidney stones, Urinary Tract Infection, Protein in urine Treatment
    • Avoid non-vegetarian food

  • Thanks for providing such a nice informative post. To make your kidney healthy maintain a balance of water and concentration of minerals, such as sodium, potassium, and phosphorus in yoour blood.

    • Drink lot off water, take a medical checkup about daibetes, contrl the blood pressure. Go for a healthy food.
