  • How can young adults manage incontinence of urine?

Adults can manage urine incontinence by taking suitable medical treatment and also by consulting a good practitioner. Urine incontinence is a result of weakening of certain pelvic muscles and these medicines are mainly focussed at strengthening them. Incontinence is medically treatable if any adult is found with it within certain age limits. However if it is due to ageing, then medicines might be ineffective.
