  • Why Brushing Your Teeth On One Leg Helps beat Back Pain

The first activity we do when we wake up in the morning may be the most damaging for our backs. When brushing, you may have to bend over the sink (especially if you have a tall height). Those 2-3 minutes of bending are terrible for you back and can lead to a variety of problems. Make sure to stand straight when you brush and bend your knees and abdomen, while keeping your back straight, when bending down to use the sink.
