    Nowadays, Many people consider healthy livelihood as a good way of living. And, it is said that physiotherapy is most important aspect.


    Physiotherapy is the branch of medical science used to treat muscle stiffness, pain, and injury, deformity by physical methods like massage, heat treatment, manual therapy, and exercise rather than by drugs or surgery. This procedure uses non-surgical methods to heal numerous physical conditions such as strokes, back pains, heart disorders, asthma and lifestyle conditions.


    The benefits of physiotherapy include improved joint mobility and enhance the strength and coordination of the muscles, better sleep and enriched quality of life. Moreover, it also prevents some other conditions such as stroke, high blood pressure through physical exercises.
