  • Low cervix

I have been experiencing a lot of pain and discomfort in my lower pelvic region. The discomfort is always there but is worse when I'm sitting. I also experience a lot of pressure on my bladder which causes me to have to pee a lot but also seems to stop me from emptying my bladder fully. My vagina is also very tender and I have discovered that my cervix sits really low. It is less that an inch from the opening of my vagina. Is this normal or could it be what is causing my symptoms?

  • It almost sounds like you have a bladder infection. I don't know much about your cervix being low, but if you feel pain or discomfort, an urge to pee a lot, and when you want to go you can't, that sounds like a UTI. I'd make a doctor appointment.
