Lack of sensitivity in. Clitoris at 19!

So basically I had started masturbating with a back massager I found at a very young age and for hours on end,at 19 I feel barely any sensation there and it makes me feel depressed because I feel like I won’t be able to impress my future partner and I’m so scared I’ve done a lot of permanent damage. Is there anything I can do to help repair and heal the nerves and or muscle and get my remaining sensitivity back. thanks I’ve also had a couple of blood blisters in my clitoris and they would hurt and or burst.ive never been to the doctor about them because I was too scared to go.overall how much does it mean to a guy, I feel really alone in my situation and really need some advice. Also I have read up that the clitoris gets erect or bigger, my clitoris doesn’t do that and I feel that my future boyfriend might notice it

You have to retrain your body to a lighter touch if that is what you want. Probably it would be best to stop masturbating completely and then only do it when you cannot stand it any more. When you do masturbate, only do it with a light touch. If that doesn't work, try another session hours later. Sooner or later your body will get to climax with a lighter touch. Either that or you will have what guys call a wet dream, climax from vivid sexual dreams when sleeping.

The clitoris swells and hardens as a woman gets sexually excited. Sticking out from under its hood depends on the specific physical traits of the woman. If your clitoris is fairly small, you may not notice it swelling since the hood is covering it. I may not be able to tell with my fingers but I can tell with my tongue.
I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.

Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?

I'd like to add, if you have damaged the clitoris to the point of blood blisters you may have caused scar tissue which has covered over the clitoris. The only remedy for this is surgery.
