    Depression is awful: I suffered briefly with it as a teenager. Thankfully I've got my mojo back. I have seen a psychiatrist and counsellor: both helped. Having the support of friends & family also helps. Keeping a routine works. Getting out of my shell keeps me motivated, too. Depression is horrible and wrecks a person's life. But it can be treated. Again, though, thank you for your advice.
