    How Congnitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT) works?

    CBT is an abbreviated form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. It’s proved to be beneficial for ADHD treatment helping patients with higher self-esteem, focus, and happiness. The therapy works by changing the irrational thought patterns thus preventing people from getting stuck and completing tasks. Changing distorted thoughts and behavior patterns can also be helpful in treating anxiety and other psychological problems. CBT works differently for different people; thus it’s necessary to consult with a certified doctor for ADHD evaluation & treatment.
