  • When can I exercise?

    Hi guys,

I had a clitoral cyst drained on Wednesday. The procedure was done whilst I was awake as it wasn't big enough to be done under general anaesthetic.

I was just wondering how long after having one drained should I wait to exercise? There's no blood/liquid coming out of where it was drained anymore and it doesn't hurt. It's just a little red cut now. I've been taking antibiotics since I had it drained and have a follow up appointment at the doctors this Wednesday.

It's just such a lovely day and I'm dying to go for a run but at the same time don't want to aggravate or infect it.

    Any advice? Thanks in advance!

EDIT: Sorry I meant to post this in the gynaecology forum. Needs to be moved. Thank you!

  • Did you get any instructions from your doctor? It seems like a quick call to his office would give you a better answer than we can.
