Welcome to WH! I'm sorry that you were raped. Best wishes on dealing with it.

As far as I know, Plan B is a large dose of a specific hormone that interferes with egg release and possibly fertilization It is not 100% effective or even 99%. A large dose of a hormone can cause bleeding and an altered cycle that may take a while to correct. I would think a home pregnancy test will give a better answer. They are generally right but could also be wrong.

Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?

From a speech by Patrick Henry on March 23, 1775 at St. John's Church, Richmond, Virginia
