  • Am i pregnant?

I'm a week late and this past sunday I've had spotting in the morning time. It goes from a dark red color to light pink after a few hours then stops all together. I feel normal. Here and there have had some heartburn and mild headaches. Some cramping but not a whole lot. Using withdrawl method. Just a bit odd for spotting only in the mornings. I'm sexually active. Not on birth control. Why am i experiencing this type of spotting?

  • Since you are late, I would do a home pregnancy test, The spotting could be implantation bleeding. Best wishes.

Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?

    • I agree with jns. I am not on bc either, but am aware that during ovulation I may get pregnant even using the withdrawal method. If you are pregnant and already a week late for your period, a pregnancy test (especially first thing in the am) should show the pregnancy hormone.

        • I think you're just having a wonky period.
