Hey Gwen it's a hormone imbalance, that's the reason you are suffering from irregular AF. Dear consult your gyne as you are too young so it's better to take an expert advice. She will definitely prescribe you some medicines which will help you to get rid of this problem.Dear you are very young so take it seriously coz if any kind of issue will be diagnosed than it can be easily handled in an early stage. Well, after my first period, I hadn't had my period for about 6 to 7 months before it started again for one month, then didn't come for the next month, started again for 2 months and now it's been almost 3 months without coming since then. Basically after my first period it has been over 90 days without a period once, but if it were to come this month, it would still be late because my period usually comes around the beginning of a month.

Beautiful Disaster will probably check in later, but it is not unusual for a 13 year old to have an irregular period. How many times have you had the start of your next period come over 90 days from the start of the last one?

I'm 13, I'm neither fat nor thin, just average body weight, and I hardly exercise. Only one in a while will I exercise.

JNS is asking some good and very important questions. As a high schooler, I lost my period for a while due to very low body fat from running.

White liquidy discharge is often just normal vaginal fluid, increased around ovulation and sometimes right before a period.

The first time I had gotten my period it was only once and for a very long time it did not come. Eventually it did but it has always been very irregular. I'd get it for a couple months, then the next month it wouldn't come, then it came again. My last period was very heavy and it lasted over 7 days, maybe up 10. It's now been almost 3 months since then, I'm virgin, and still no period. I've been having white, liquid-y discharge too. I'm too young for menopause. I did get sick this month though and I don't have a very good sleep schedule. I heard that could cause missed periods but it still doesn't explain why my period has been so irregular. It's worrying me.
