  • How to squirt?

Have questions about how to squirt?

    We have more answers!

Read our article, “Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About Squirting” here:

    https://www.womens-health.com/squirting

Recently my boyfriend admitted that his biggest fantasy is to make me squirt. He thinks squirting is the ultimate sexiest thing ever.
The problem is, I don't think I can do it.

I start feeling like I have to pee and get anxious about it, and when I try to let it go, sometimes I'll come, but there is no squirting. However, when I go to ore when we finish, the fluid coming out isn't pee. At least not at first. So I know I'm generating the fluid, but for whatever reason I can't get myself to squirt. I've heard those orgasms are much more powerful, and so far mine have been about normal, so I know it's not happening.

Do any ladies on here have advice on how to achieve squirting?

  • Well first you must be really hydrated with fluids mostly water. Then teach your boy friend how to massage the G spot and last but least be sure the bladder is empty or you will urinate when squirting. You will squirt from the skene gland but it takes practice the more you do it you will train your body on how to let your self go with squirting. They do make some sexually toys that will massage your g spot as well if your boy friend is not around to help out. Let me say the orgasm can will be intense and you will enjoy every minute of it all lol.
When out driving always turn left. Then, should you become lost, you can find your way home by reversing the procedure and always turning right.

    • Make sure the bladder is empty. Also, don't hold back the squirt. If you do then the squirt will deposit into the bladder, and if you let it rip the next time then pee will come out with it. If your bladder is empty, and you "deposit" the squirt in to your bladder, then for the second orgasm when you squirt it will be bigger and messier

As for you squirting, it is typically achieved through the G spot. My GF has squirted through clit stimulation alone, but it is not a common thing. In order to trigger a "squirt", it is best achieved via a massaging of the G spot and treating it like a "button" to trigger squirt. Pressing on the G can often induce squirting. He's going to have to experiment with this though. Pressing the G spot while massaging, and pressing it at the moment of orgasm can induce squirting (as long as you don't hold it back).

This was not all figured out on my own BTW.

      • Your inability to squirt is phycological, not physical from what I am reading. When I was (much) younger, I was riding my boyfriend until I felt this pee sensation. I too became anxious and stopped before I would be embarrassed. My boyfriend was perplexed until I told him what was happening (apparently he had some experience in this area). He looked in my eyes and asked if I trusted him. After I said yes, he pulled me back on top and told me to let go of any fear and let my body react naturally. Soon after, I felt the pressure building up inside me. I blurted out that I was going to pee and he increased the rhythm and held me tighter. He whispered in my ear to release my body and don't hold back. At that point I was at the point of no return and pushed down as a stream of warm fluids streamed out of me and soaked my boyfriend.

Seconds later, I became embarrassed as to what I thought I had done. He reassured me it wasn't pee and then proved his point. He reached up with his drenched hand and asked me to taste it with him. I had to admit I was surprised. Virtually no odor and was almost sweet. I really enjoyed this new discovery. Since then, I can squirt during intercourse, oral, and masturbation and love every last drop.

You are almost there. The next time you get the sensation, release yourself. You won't regret it!
