    Fiance cant keep an erection

My fiance has been having trouble keeping an erection for the past 6 months to a year. He says he's not really in the mood, or he's tired or he says he needs the foreplay to really get in the mood. He feels really bad about this and I try to be as supportive as I can but im getting tired of this situation.
Mostly I am the one initiating sex so it sucks that i get rejected a lot of the times, I don't know what else to do.
He says he doesnt really masturbates but he also doesnt look for me to initiate sex.
He works out and takes gym supplements so not sure if any of these are affecting his libido.
    Any advice/ suggestions are welcome.

I read gym supplements as steroids (which really do help you bulk up but are often illegal and have bad side effects.)

My ex-g/f told me that when she was about 19, she was in love with a dude who was 4 years older than she. He smoked a lot of 420. When he didn't, he was able to cum a lot. When he was doing it, she had to work to get him off. She was so thoroughly in love with him that she did anything for him any time he wanted it, including anal sex. When her youthful exuberance faded, she saw him for who he really was & fell outta love with him faster than she fell in love with him.

I live in North Texas: hardly anyone around here has a Vitamin D deficiency! :-))

Indeed I did: prolactin. The flying fingers betray me far too often.
Your average general practitioner/family doctor won't even test for prolactin, and if he does, the upper end of what is called the "normal range" by most labs will be far too high for good sexual response/health. I had to be very convincing to my doctor to get him to research this some, where he found that even the mid-point of what his lab calls "normal" is undesirably high. Where normal for males is called 2 - 18 ng/mL, a desired level is around 2 -3
One very thorough study found that a significant number (over a third) of men who did not respond at all to sildenafil (Viagra), responded very well indeed after lowering their prolactin levels. Another study found that bringing prolactin down to the 2 - 2.5 range also reduced the refractory period between orgasms.

It is a balancing act that is harder to maintain as you get older.

Yes, that too, but the hormones have such a huge direct influence that everything else is secondary. It's such a delicate balance it's a wonder it ever works! :-)

You're right. I also learned that low Vit D can play a bigger role than most people realize.

If his T levels are normal and cholesterol and BP are pretty normal, then you're going to have to consider that this may just be a compatibility issue. Either way, please do not marry this man until you've resolved this issue.

Sorry the ic injection didn't work for you, but I've had probably a 95% success rate with them in "actual field trials" on over 100 occasions at last count. At current prices, its down to under $10 per evening, and use is usually at my partner's request (demand!)...

Nowadays there are lot of products available on the market for sexual issues but its too difficult to believe which one is really work for that problem without any side effects. So I would recommend to go through herbal treatment because it will cure your problem without any side effects.

The shots are very sensitive to injection technique and location, but the only time I've had them not work was when the particular batch of medicine had not been kept refrigerated, and so had deteriorated.
