You shouldn't think of bad things! You need to enjoy your pregnancy and take care of yourself and your babies. They feel what you feel, so stop making them sad!
I'm feeling happy! Yes, sometimes negative thoughts are coming to my head, but I try to divert my attention and be on positive wave.
positive thinking plays a great role in your condition. I was told by one woman about the story of power of thoughts. She wanted a boy but the ultrasound has showed it would be a girl, she didn't want to have a girl that's why her pregnancy has occurred with miscarriage. Could you believe in this? Thanks God, next her pregnancy was successful and she became a mother of a wonderful boy.

That's a horrible story...I'm glad that it ended well, but still...we women are so emotional...
As I read in one article....
A pregnant womanís thoughts have a physical connection to her unborn child. Everything the pregnant mother feels and thinks is communicated through neurohormones to her unborn child. Negative thoughts are often the root cause of a fear-based stress response. Stress activates the unborn childís endocrine system and influences fetal brain development. Children born to mothers who had intensely stressful pregnancies are more likely to have behavioral problems later in life.
So we should be more careful with our thaughts and emotions, for the safe of our child.
I found the way how to relax...In a place that is free of interruptions, close your eyes and practice seeing, feeling, hearing, smelling and even tasting your way into a relaxed feeling, perhaps bringing attention towards your developing baby. The key is to gently feel ease as you flow through this imagery.
I haven't tried yet, but I will... what about you? How do you manage with your negativity?

well, my manager told me that we can choose 5 donors that we think are suiting the best to be our baby genetic mother. and we did it although I must tell that we didn't have the desire to choose more as those 5 were and are the best for us. but how can one even choose something from that 500+ donors' database. I was really shocked like how does it even work? like all of those donors are active (we've asked our manager) and are either in the program or are waiting for it.

I don't know either, we just followed their advice and chose the favorable donors. We were leaded by the desire to see some similarities of me in a future baby, so we tried to choose the donors who are similar to me, because my husbandís genes will be in this baby for sure haha...
We were explained that they would make a list of donors for us or something like that, they would choose by themselves who is best for us(of course from our list) and then this one would undergo the stimulation.
I hope I didn't confuse you, sorry If I did. I'm pretty sure you were told the same, right?

yes, I was told basically the same. that we're not solely responsible for choosing the donor, the drs are here to help us. but if we do not like a particular donor we can tell our manager and that will figure out something. and there's nothing to worry about as they can find you a donor in a day.

I am not sure that clients should have the right of choosing the donor in the first place. isn't it the job of the specialists??? they do know better and can find you a perfect donor. they can basically match the donor with you by finding a similar looking girl. I do think that clients have all the rights on seeing the donor's face at least though

Hm.. I think that choosing a donor should be available in every clinic. of course doctors should help and consult the clients but they can't have the rights to be solely responsible for the choice they make. we, the clients, want to choose the donor, what if I for example want to choose s donor with another skin color than mine??

What if I decide to change a donor but I have already signed the contract? Is it possible? I'm not talking about myself, I'm just curious in this,
do you have a right to change a donor after signing the papers?
